Do you support OEM & ODM for drones and drone accessories?
Yes. We provide OEM & ODM services, including custom logo, packaging, color and function customization according to your requirements. Please send us your detailed customization request.
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
MOQ varies for different drone models and accessories. Standard accessories have low MOQ. For customized orders, MOQ will be higher. Contact us to get the exact MOQ.
How long is your production & delivery lead time?
Stock items can be shipped within 3–7 working days. For bulk or customized orders, the lead time is about 15–30 days, depending on order quantity and customization content.
What payment terms do you accept?
We support T/T, L/C, Western Union and other common international payment methods. For new customers, we usually accept 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Can you provide after-sales support for drones and spare parts?
Yes. We offer professional after-sales service. We provide replacement parts and technical guidance for quality problems caused by our side. Damages from improper operation are not covered.
